    HiMedia‘s offering is focused on four pilars (Programmatic – Mobile – Online Video – Brand Content) helping advertisers and agencies to optimize their digital communication.
  • Online payment :
    With over 10 million transactions processed every month, HiPay is an expert in online payments. It offers e-tailers and online publishers the most relevant payment solutions to leverage their businesses. HiPay owns two European licenses: e-money issuer and payment institution.

Between 2008 and 2013, HiMedia Group grew its sales from €136 million to €185 million and expanded its workforce from 300 to 420 worldwide.

Executive team

Group

Cyril Zimmermann has been President of HiMedia Group since the company was established. He is a graduate of the European School of Management (ESCP), and of the Institute of Political Studies of Paris, and holds a bachelor’s degree in history.

Eric Giordano, graduated from Lyon International School of Management, joined the company JET MULTIMEDIA, before joining HiMedia as of 1999.

Before joining the HiMedia Group in 2007, he was a business banker for the Citigroup in Paris, working on mergers and acquisitions. He graduated from the University of Paris-IX Dauphine and from EM Lyon.

Geneviève Guintran holds a Master’s degree in corporate law and a Post-graduate degree (DESS) in corporate law from the University of Paris IX Dauphine. She is at the head of the legal department of the HiMedia Group since 1999. In 2014, she was also promoted  to the position of Head of Human Resources. 

Dominique Bezier is the Company’s Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. He worked in the Entreprise Industrielle Financial Department from 1989 to 2000.

Co-Founder and Director of the Allopass micropayment solution, he joinded the HiMedia Group in 2006 to take charge of product development and marketing for the payment entity of the Group. He was appointed as the CEO of HiPay in 2014.

He began his career with Elf Aquitaine in Venezuela, then Ernst & Young, and then co-founded Active Telecom (publisher of VoIP platforms), before joining HiPay in 2008.

He’s been working in the field of electronic payments since 2003 (Paynova, Ogone, GlobalCollect) and joined the Group in 2012.

France (Headquarter)

Graduated of a Business Administration Master from Paris Dauphine University in 1984, Florence Brame began her career as Account Manager, successively in Hachette Filipacchi Loisirs, Larousse – Calmels and La Cinq.

In 1989, she joined M6 Group, where she had hold during 15 years the positions of Account Manager and Senior Account Manager for M6 Advertising, and Sales Manager of the thematic channels owned by M6 Advertising. In 2004, she was nominated as the Sales Manager for M6 Advertising and the digital channels of the Group. She was in charge of developing a client portfolio, managing major clients’ accounts and generating an important turnover. She also managed the commercial launch of W9 channel.

Working at HiMedia Group since September 2013, Florence headed the Fullscreen unit in order to manage the Marketing strategy and Sales development with advertisers, before being appointed in September 2014 as Managing Director of HiMedia France.

He joined the Allopass company in 2001. In 2006, after the group was acquired by HiMedia Group, he became the Sales Director of Allopass. He now manages HiPay France with Franck Zerbib.

He began his career working on import-export and joined the Allopass company in 2001 as the Sales Manager. He now manages HiPay France with David Cohen.

Belgium

In 1997, after finishing a Degree in Communication, he started up one of the first online ad networks in Belgium: RMB Online. At the beginning of the 2000’s, he has held the position of COO for one of the country’s most important interactive agencies: ZB22. In 2003, he becomes Sales Director at PublicityWeb. As a result of the take-over purchase by the HiMedia Group, he is been holding the post of Managing Director at HiMedia Belgium.

In 2008, he joined HiMedia Group as  Managing Director of Allopass in Benelux. He is been holding the post of Director of HiPay in the Benelux countries.

Netherlands

He is the Co-Founder of Semilo with Hans Caspers.

He is the Co-Founder of Semilo with Marcel Schuyt.

Germany

After experience acquired in the banking sector, he worked as a sales and marketing person for 7 years in the automotive sector. He first joined Abacho AG, before becoming the Director of HiMedia in Germany.

Sweden

He joined the company in 2008 as the CFO of HiMedia in Sweden. Since 2012, he shares the post of Managing Director of HiMedia in Sweden with Beatrice Tannerstal.

In 2001, she joined Medianet, acquired by HiMedia Group in 2006. Recruited as a sales and marketing person, she climbed the ladder to become the Sales and Marketing Director in 2008. Since 2012, he shares the post of Managing Director of HiMedia in Sweden with Magnus Berggren.

Spain

After starting his career at Accenture, he spent 3 years at Yahoo! as Director of Business Development. He continued his career in Google. In 2010, he founded the mobile advertising company AdTriple in Spain acquired by HiMedia Group in 2012. He now manages HiMedia in Spain.

Portugal

Holding an MBA from the City University Business School of London, Benedita Simas held various positions in advertising space buying offices in England and Portugal, before becoming Manager for Research and Development of Initiative Media. She joined HiMedia during the summer of 2000 as Managing Director of HiMedia Portugal.

Italy

After 10 years working at Publitalia’80 (Mediaset Group), Carlo Poss enters in the internet media fields, start-up and becomes Managing Director of DoubleClick’s office in Italy. He then manages the merger between DoubleClick and AdLINK Media AG in 2001 and then does the start-up of the new entity. In 2002, he managed the acquisition of all the Publikompass’s internet operations, then in 2004 the acquisition of all the Lycos Europe Italy internet media operations, and in 2005 the launch of the third-parties representation AOL Italy Network, part of AOL Europe.

After 15 years of experience in the field of Internet and Telecom, she joined HiPay in 2012 as Director of HiPay for Italy. She has a degree in political business economy from the University of Berkeley, USA.


 

 

 

 

 

Board of Directors

Jocelyn Robiot has been in the sports related industry for the past 15 years where he has held various senior management positions. Currently working for adidas, Jocelyn combines the roles of Vice President Global Sports Marketing and Managing Director of the adidas International Marketing. Jocelyn joined the German sports group in 2003 as the Head of Strategic Planning in Global Sports Marketing. Before this, Jocelyn spent 10 years working with Havas Sports in France, an international sports marketing agency, as Business Development & International Director.
Jocelyn is graduated from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris

Jean-Charles Simon is the President of Facta Group.
Before that he was trader on future products in Paris and London until 1998.
Between 1998 and 1999 he has been in charge of the surveys and studies for the political party RPR and between 1999 and 2003 he was in charge of the public affairs for the FFSA (French Insurance company association).
Between 2004 and 2008 he was director of the French Association of Private Companies (Afep). Between 2008 and 2010 he was deputy chief executive officer of the “Mouvement des entreprises de France” (MEDEF). In 2010, he was director for Public and Economic Affairs at Groupama. And more recently, between 2010 and 2013, he was Chief Economist and Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at Scor.

In 2000, Sandra Le Grand founded CanalCe, which has become the present-day Group Kalidea. The group is now the first French BtoB services provider which delivers benefits to employees and final consumers (a turnover of €70 million and 200 employees). 

Sandra Le Grand graduated from the Paris Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE with a Masters in management and marketing of leisure and tourism). She started her career at the Coca Cola Group as a Key Accounts Negotiator (1989–1993) before working as Sales Development Manager (1993-1995), Large Retail Sales Manager (1995-1997) and then Channel Marketer (1997-2000). 

Vice-President of CroissancePlus, Sandra Le Grand highly contributes to the development of start-ups by actively participating to several leaders’ club (Jury 92 Entreprendre, HEC Entrepreneur, ETHIC, Terra Femina, Vox Femina, WOMEN Equity for Growth). 

Laureate of the “prix coup de cœur de la Tribune Women’s Awards”, she also participated to the 2011 Nice G20 YES as France’s Ambassador, she was ranked 21st at the Women Equity 2012 Ranking, received the “Trophée Femme Or” in 2012 in the Company category, the “Prix Trofémina” in 2013 in the Business category. The company also was awarded 2nd price of the Fast 5 2013 of the Deloitte price in “Extenso Technology Fast 50”, the “Trophée Or Action Commercial” in 2013 in the internal sales force motivation category.

Michael Kleindl has gained extensive experience as the co-founder and CEO of AdLINK Internet Media AG, which he took public in 2000. Since 2003 he has successfully invested in and exited companies such like Zanox.de AG, MAILPROFILER AG, United MailSolutions AG amongst others. His current portfolio of companies includes market leading companies in the digital marketing and ecommerce space in Europe such as Buy VIP, Smartclip, wunderloop, Astramedia and Crossinx. He currently serves as the President and co-founder of the EIAA. (Michael holds a university degree in Business Administration from Oestrich-Winkel, Germany and completed a 2-year management training program in one of Germany´s largest public banking institutions).
