Group

For 20 years, Cyril Zimmermann has evolved in the digital ecosystem with success. He has been the head of HiMedia Group since the company was established. In April 2014, Cyril Zimmermann is elected President of ACSEL, the association of the digital economy and member of the commission on digital in the National Assembly, where he advocates the digital cause with the government.

Graduated of IDRAC business school (Lyon), Eric Giordano joined HiMedia Group in 1999. Currently COO of HiMedia Group, he was Europe Director from 2014 to 2016, after having been CEO of HiPay from 2006 to 2014. Eric Giordano has dedicated his career to HiMedia Group by shaping the strategy of development of the offer and contributing largely to its commercial development.

As a Senior VP, Clément Boulle is responsible for overviewing HiMedia activities in all subsidiaries except France. A former journalist (2005 – 2009), he was also a successful entrepreneur during six years at Local Media (2011 – 2016), a start-up dedicated to local digital advertising. Clément Boulle graduated from Lille journalism school, the University of Westminster (London) and is currently following an executive MBA at the INSEAD.

Julie Duong Ferat is appointed HiMedia’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in 2014. She has joined HiMedia Group’s finance department in 2009 as Head of financial control, covering all the French and international subsidiaries. As such, she was in charge of establishing the consolidated financial statements under IFRS as well as the annual budget. Julie Duong Ferat has started her career in Financial Audit in 2006 at KMPG. She graduated from the ISC Paris Business School and University of Paris XII.

Dominique Bezier is the Company’s Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. He worked in the Entreprise Industrielle Financial Department from 1989 to 2000.

Belgium

In 1997, after finishing a Degree in Communication, he started up one of the first online ad networks in Belgium: RMB Online. At the beginning of the 2000’s, he has held the position of COO for one of the country’s most important interactive agencies: ZB22. In 2003, he becomes Sales Director at PublicityWeb. As a result of the take-over purchase by the HiMedia Group, he is been holding the post of Managing Director at HiMedia Belgium.

Sweden

He joined the company in 2008 as the CFO of HiMedia in Sweden. Since 2012, he shares the post of Managing Director of HiMedia in Sweden with Beatrice Tannerstal.

In 2001, she joined Medianet, acquired by HiMedia Group in 2006. Recruited as a sales and marketing person, she climbed the ladder to become the Sale and Marketing Director in 2008. Since 2012, he shares the post of Managing Director of HiMedia in Sweden with Magnus Berggren.

Spain

After starting his career at Accenture, he spent 3 years at Yahoo! as Director of Business Development. He continued his career in Google. In 2010, he founded the mobile advertising company AdTriple in Spain acquired by HiMedia Group in 2012. He now manages HiMedia in Spain.

Portugal

Holding an MBA from the City University Business School of London, Benedita Simas held various positions in advertising space buying offices in England and Portugal, before becoming Manager for Research and Development of Initiative Media. She joined HiMedia during the summer of 2000 as Managing Director of HiMedia Portugal.

Italy

After 10 years working at Publitalia’80 (Mediaset Group), Carlo Poss enters in the internet media fields, start-up and becomes Managing Director of DoubleClick’s office in Italy. He then manages the merger between DoubleClick and AdLINK Media AG in 2001 and then does the start-up of the new entity. In 2002, he managed the acquisition of all the Publikompass’s internet operations, then in 2004 the acquisition of all the Lycos Europe Italy internet media operations, and in 2005 the launch of the third-parties representation AOL Italy Network, part of AOL Europe.

Germany

Andreas Stietzel serves as Chief Executive Officer of HiMedia Germany. He served as Member of Management Board and Head In-charge of Sales at MyHammer Holding AG (formerly Abacho AG) and then Manager of HiMedia Deutschland where he’s in charge of the sales and marketing department. After working in the banking sector, he worked in a sales capacity for 7 years in the automobile sector.

US

Giuliano Stiglitz is CEO, founder and Co-owner of Latam Digital Ventures, a holding company that he created together with the Himedia Group, focused on acquiring and creating high growth and profitable digital media and ad tech businesses in the US Hispanic and LATAM Markets.

Prior to that, he was CEO of Orange Advertising Americas, one of the largest companies at US Hispanic and LATAM, focused on ad networks which he successfully transformed into Primia.Digital.

Giuliano Stiglitz is also an angel investor, having invested in several tech and digital media start-ups. He is also a speaker at some of the most important events, such as Adtech, IAB, DMEXCO.

In 2000, Sandra Le Grand founded CanalCe, which has become the present-day Group Kalidea. The group is now the first French BtoB services provider which delivers benefits to employees and final consumers (a turnover of €70 million and 200 employees). 

Sandra Le Grand graduated from the Paris Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE with a Masters in management and marketing of leisure and tourism). She started her career at the Coca Cola Group as a Key Accounts Negotiator (1989–1993) before working as Sales Development Manager (1993-1995), Large Retail Sales Manager (1995-1997) and then Channel Marketer (1997-2000). 

Vice-President of CroissancePlus, Sandra Le Grand highly contributes to the development of start-ups by actively participating to several leaders’ club (Jury 92 Entreprendre, HEC Entrepreneur, ETHIC, Terra Femina, Vox Femina, WOMEN Equity for Growth). 

Laureate of the “prix coup de cœur de la Tribune Women’s Awards”, she also participated to the 2011 Nice G20 YES as France’s Ambassador, she was ranked 21st at the Women Equity 2012 Ranking, received the “Trophée Femme Or” in 2012 in the Company category, the “Prix Trofémina” in 2013 in the Business category. The company also was awarded 2nd price of the Fast 5 2013 of the Deloitte price in “Extenso Technology Fast 50”, the “Trophée Or Action Commercial” in 2013 in the internal sales force motivation category.

Benjamin Teszner is Managing Partner at Otium Capital, a Venture Capital company. Graduated of HEC Paris, Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics, he was previously Chairman and Managing Director of Prestashop (the leading platform for open source and e-commerce) and O2i (a company specializing in professional, On Alternext). Benjamin Teszner was also founder of UFG Siparex and Managing Director in charge of Operations at Weinberg Capital Partners.

Odile Roujol is Advisor for Next World Capital (VC) and start ups, based in San Francisco. She is a business angel and an active partner at @50partners, an incubator of digital start-ups in Paris. Graduated of HEC in 1989, she spent most of her career in the beauty and luxury sector (L’Oréal in the United States and internationally where she was Managing Director of Lancôme). She has held various roles for Orange, including Director of Client and Data Strategy. In June 2015, Odile Roujol was nominated for the HEC Trajectories Prize, which highlights the course of exceptional women.
